Our Heat Seal Inspection System is a non-destructive seal inspection device developed by Shikoku Instrumentation Co, Ltd., Japan.  This highly precise system uses a temperature sensor to detect defects in retort pouches and other pouch types.  It detects various kinds of defects such as in-seal defects, incomplete sealing, wrinkles, misalignment, or weak sealing without interrupting the production line, thus increasing the productivity and product quality.  Defective items will not slip through the net, which in turn will boost the company’s brand and reliability.
